Found Overflow Pan Full of Water

Found overflow pan full of water and safety switch holding unit off. Blow out drain line. Cap off secondary drain hub in unit to prevent breaking siphon from main drain line. Empty overflow pan pouring water down main drain line. Safety switch closed and unit started cooling on 12/26/23 in AUSTIN Texas.
