On 11/11/2022 Upon arrival found cooler drain backed up and freezer drain frozen in the pan, but drain heater still on and running. Blew out from trap to cooler then had to deice the freezer drain, then once clear, blew out the freezer section of drain. Also checked all coil heaters and defrost but due to rain and lightning had to wait for it to clear some. Drains are clear and functioning at this time in Round Rock Texas.
