On 1/30/2023 Unit completely off upon arrival. Found loose common wire at control board in air handler. Connected. Monitored unit until thermostat satisfied. At one point the heat function was online while the thermostat was calling for cooling. This stopped when I reconnected common wire at air handler in Austin Texas.
