On 4/17/2023 I arrived on site and found that the cooler was a 60 degree and the expansion valve was frozen up expansion valve and not adjusted. I replaced the expansion valve and the system started to work properly I had. To add 1 pound of 407a due to replacing valve. I watched the system drop in temp. I tested to make sure the system pumps down and that the defrost clock works in MANOR Texas.
