Dough cooler not working on 9/29/2023. Plugged in unit. Compressor going off on overload. Checked compressor wiring. Found burnt up relay. Installed hard start. Unit started pulling proper amps. Blow out dirty condenser coil. Temperature consistently dropping in San Marcos Texas.
