On 7/25/2023 Arrived on site and found chiller having problems starting the compressor. Checked the start cap and found it at 1/2 capacity. Replaced with new cap and started up. Ran test and cycled to ensure compressor is starting without issue. Checked pressures and temperatures. Unit is operating properly at this time in Hutto Texas.
