Capacitor wire grounded to fan shroud, repaired wire. Secure capacitor to unit base. Reset breaker. Unit came on started cooling. Unit base looks wet under discharge line. Leak check discharge line with bubbles. Not leaking on 3/18/24 in Austin Texas.
