On 4/21/2023 I arrived on site and looked at the AC that was not working. I found that the blower motor belt came off. They supplied with a new belt and I put the belt on and tightened it. Also found that the thermostat had a schedule in it and I cleared the schedule as they asked. I found that the other unit that was leaking did not have a cap on they drain causing warm air to get in. They put a cap on it. The doorhandle I was able to adjust to get it to close properly. I also found that the freezer evaporator motor was out. I replace the evaporator fan motor in the freezer is working in Round Rock Texas.
