On 11/12/2022 On arrival found the walk in cooler warm at 50°, evaporator coil iced up, fan motor broken and drain clogged and uneven. I turned it off and deiced the evaporator coil, Once done i turned it on, I have found that the EEV sensor was lose only tightened with a lose zip tie. I tightened up with 3 new zip ties. Picked up 2 new fan blade and a fan bracket to the warehouse. And proceeded to install them. Cooler is working around 35°-38° Then I put it into a defrost And tested the heater, all of them are working properly in Round Rock Texas.
