On 11/14/2022 Upon arrival the power on the upright multi rack cooler (Avantco Refrigeration) was turned off. Owner said it was not cooling, just temperature stayed in 78 degrees. Turned the power on and unit started to run. Checked the controller and temperature was set to 31 degrees and changed to 34 degrees. Compressor and fan run ok. Called the tech support to make sure all the Carel Control parameters are set right. It seemed that coil was freezing up. I adjusted the defrost time and cycle. Now unit is running ok in Pflugerville Texas.
