Found REF Leak on Outlet of the TXV
On 8/10/2023 Found ref leak on outlet of the TXV (Cracked copper line on the distributor tube, not the TXV outlet joint.) After repairing ref leak I checked to see if it pumps down correctly. System does not use a solenoid valve. Shut the king valve and found that the compressor stays on when pumped down into a vacuum. Monitored thermostat reach 17*f before departure in Leander Texas.
