Found Orange and Yellow Thermostat Wire Connected Together
On 3/23/2023 Unit completely off upon arrival. Thermostat calling for cooling upon arrival. Set up ladder. Found orange and yellow thermostat wire connected together. Jumped 24v to the contactor and unit turned on in Austin Texas.
