Evaporator Scaled up Causing Ice to Get Stuck

On 8/2/2023 Opened main access panel and found condenser coils packed with debris. Evaporator scaled up causing ice to get stuck and unit not making much ice. Recommended a full service clean to customer and was given the green light to continue with it. Ran full service clean on ice machine and disassembled louver rack and descaled then reinstalled. Ran sanitize cycle and cleaned condenser coils with foaming aerosol cleaner. Ran production cycle and verified proper function. Removed first batch of ice made and reinstalled main access panel. Unit is now operating within manufactures specifications in Austin Texas.
