Condenser Screen Clogged Washed Out Screen

On 6/13/2023 Condenser screen clogged, washed out screen. unit off on Error Code 12. Called tech support and they told me the machine ice curtain didn’t open 3 consecutive times. Told me ice thickness sensor is supposed to be 1/4in from the evap plate. Has to adjust thickness as the sensor was only 1/8in from the evap plate. Monitored to harvests. Drops ice every 22-23min now in Austin Texas.
