Coils Frozen Up and Defrosted the Coil

On 6/15/2023 found one of the coils frozen up and defrosted the coil, turned the system back on system was running properly. I went to check out the other system and the thermostat on system to put shutting off too soon even though it was set at 35. I replace the thermostat and waited for the system to shut off. Systems are shut off at 36°. I also went through and sprayed coil cleaner on the condensers and sprayed those off in Marble Falls Texas.
