Incompetent techs and company billed us over $1200, and the same problem has yet to be resolved.First visit: Tech said it was a programming issue... $600 later, same problem exists.Second visit: Tech said it was because the cover was off ... $600 later, same problem exists.The second visit should have been a warranty call, and should not have been billed.Here we are, a few weeks later, $1600 paid, and the same problem exists. I called asking if they were going to send someone out, and this time it needs to be a warranty call, to which Brandy just said "it depends."No apologies offered... when I told her that's not acceptable, and we can't work with them anymore, Brandy's response was a smug, "OK."

We called several companies today to see if they could help us with our ice machine . Nobody wanted to help us . And we called Pro Refrigeration today. The lady was very nice . And sent someone over immediately. Corey arrived and immediately spotted the issue which he quickly fixed . He fixed our ice machine like brand new . We are very happy for his service and will be using him and the company again for future problems we get .
