On 11/22/2022 Prep table was warm at 45° and had poor air flow, found evaporator iced up. I deiced it with hot water, one of the fan blades was stuck with an electrical wire. I moved the wire away from fan motor. Proceeded to turn it on and adjusted both thermostat Cooler working from 34°-41° in Cedar Park Texas.
