12/26/2022 On my arrival the tenant had the a/c turned off, he stated that the condenser was making loud noise in heater mode. Condenser it’s a heat pump, I have found that the fan motor it’s starting slow and noisy. Checked the electrical components and found a dead lizard touching the fan leg of the capacitor. I tested the capacitor and it’s not having any reading because of the corrosion on the terminals. I proceeded to replace it with a 45-5 370 from my truck stock in Leander Texas.
